Part of the magic of shopping at Paris flea markets lies in how it incorporates the art of slow decorating. It isn’t about rushing to fill a room. It’s about wandering until you find the piece that feels like it’s been waiting for you. Sometimes that means crossing the ocean for the treasure that will carry your story home.

You may have noticed on Instagram that I’ve been traveling a lot lately. From exploring Italy with my family to helping my daughter move into her new NYC apartment, the last few weeks have been filled with moments I’ll never forget. It’s been so fun! 

Sure, you can type any destination into Google and get a list of “must-see spots.” You can follow a guidebook, hop from landmark to landmark, check the boxes, and come home with a phone full of pictures. You can book the flights, stay in the hotel everyone recommends, and eat at all the popular

ICYMI, I spent 5 days last week in the one and only Paris, France.

While Paris has certainly been a focal city in 2024 (for rightful reasons), I went for a unique purpose that, in all honesty, was very “Lucy” (so it probably won’t surprise you!)

 I spent 5 days intentionally visiting Parisian Flea Markets and shopping for one-of-a-kind antiques to fill my home (and yours? 👀) 🤩

I’ll be honest—there’s nothing quite like the thrill of discovering a perfect vintage find. The kind that makes your heart skip a beat, your palms a little sweaty, and your brain go, “Wait, am I about to transform my entire space with this piece!?” Yes, yes you are.
