French Flea Find | Antique Marmalade Jar

$30.00
Sold Out

This antique marmalade jar bears the logo for Mirland & Co. The bright white porcelain or ceramic jar has crisp blue markings and was found in an old, abandoned farm/factory in Belgium near Frameries. Its stampings indicate pre-1900 manufacture. Mirland & Co. was known for Confitures and Pates of Fruit (marmalade). This jar, along with hundreds of others, was discovered in 2020, covered with dust, and still awaiting filling, sealing, and shipping for sale. The rim roughness does not attract from its charm, and we think you will love it. We sure do!

3.5" H, 4" diameter.
